I didn't blog for 3 days?? Ouch. Will not let that happen again. Promise. I guess today must be one of the most productive day of mine.. Guess what guess what?? I ran on the treadmill today for 1.4kilometers!! I know its nothing much but I'm so excited that I made it after not having any exercise for quite a looooooooong time.. So I'm still going to brag about it.. hehe..

All the 3 pictures tu sume amik kat gym.. Our place has such a lovely landscape and gymnasium.. The gymnasium is on 5th floor.. The treadmill itself is facing the city of Kuala Lumpur.. A very stunning view at night. Will capture it next time..
